Across the Pô to Fidenza – additional pictures

Oh, WordPress, WordPress.

Here are the rest of the pictures that WP stubbornly refused to add to this recent post. One day we’ll get it all right. Apologies for another pig’s ear!

  1. It is really fantastic to see that you have resumed your journey. Congratulations Mary. I am sorry we will not be there when you finish.

  2. Good to read your blog – refreshes my memory of the walk of a few months ago. I also recipient of the helps of Danilo and Pierre Luigi and the many others along the way who support the pilgrims in many ways.
Also reminds me of a number of conversations with other pilgrims and the often used word “conservative” to describe some person/s. I came to the conclusion that we use that word to describe someone who refuses to believe or change some (usually) political or religious belief or behaviour that I or WE think should be embraced. When I study the life and teachings of Saint John Paul ll, I discover a person whose journey would leave most so-called ‘progressives’ floundering in their mediocrity.
Thankyou for helping me recall these few aspects of my recent VF walk. Look forward to your further posts.
